AMR Programming Support Tech I

=Starkey is adding a AMR Programming Support Technician I on 1st shift to it's team at its global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. This position is responsible for programming hearing aids, quality check hearing aids, salvage, and mission aid inventory support.

1st shift - Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/RESULTS

Ensure hearing aids are programmed and graphed as needed
o Wand and prioritize repair boxes at programming station o Perform programming functions
o Perform and print hearing aid graphs o Print and review fitting reports
o Make appropriate decisions as to pass/fail status of hearing aids
o Communicate with customer service and techs regarding repair/ request issue clarifications o Assist peers with programming / QC issues
o Log quantity of repairs processed at program station

Salvage Support Process
o Assist distribution of salvage inventory and organization o Fill salvage parts requests as needed

Mission Aid Inventory Support
o Assist in maintaining mission aid inventory o Assist filling mission aid orders
Flex into other job functions when necessary and applicable o Standard QC back up
o Evaluate, program and clean special hearing aid projects Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements

Education
o High school degree or equivalent required
Experience
o 2 years of manufacturing quality control and hearing aid programming experience required

Knowledge / Technical Requirements
High degree of computer literacy
Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Navigation
Ability to identify competitive hearing aids
Hearing aid fitting software

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $18.14/hr to $24.74/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
