Starkey is hiring for a Program Coordinator in our Center for Excellence located in Eden Prairie, MN. The Program Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing Starkey's employee hearing aid benefit program. This position involves overseeing the employee benefit program's operations as well as reviewing purchase agreements, collecting payments from patients at checkout, and providing exceptional follow-up care to ensure patient satisfaction for all patients in the Center For Excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES / RESULTS
1. Manage Employee Hearing Aid Benefit Program :
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the employee hearing aid benefit program.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding hearing aid benefits and related inquiries.
- Collaborate with HR and benefits teams to ensure program compliance and effectiveness.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $26.44 - $32.50 / hour. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
