We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working Marketing Account Executive that will be responsible for assisting, developing, and executing marketing initiatives for Starkey's retail clients. This involves daily contact with customers by phone and e-mail, and occasional in-person visits, to determine their marketing needs. The Retail Marketing Account Executive will work with customers to develop traditional and digital marketing plans and calendars, assist in creative production of marketing materials, and implement marketing campaigns.

Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree required; marketing degree preferred
- 2-3 years of marketing or comparable business experience in a corporate marketing or agency environment; Account management and experience with building customer relationships; some sales experience a plus
- Digital marketing and social media experience is required

Monitors budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts

Salary and Other Compensation :
The target pay range for this position is between $56,210 - $68,250 / year. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements, include medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, short-term disability insurance, long-term disability insurance, employee assistance program, hearing aid benefits, PTO, 6 paid holidays annually, 2 floater days annually, 1 volunteer service day annually, paid paternity leave, and tuition reimbursement.
This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
