Field Sales Representative-Maryland, DC, and West Virginia

The Field Sales Representatives will be responsible for the growth of gross sales, revenue, and average selling price of the assigned territory through creating long-term customer relationships and satisfaction. They will engage and own relationships with all customers to cultivate and grow market share through hands-on product and services education and demonstration. This role will be responsible for driving the sales process increasing share of wallet within assigned territory. They will be responsible for building relationships with cross-functional business partners to effectively position Starkey’s value proposition with customers.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Territory Strategy and Management
Assess and understand Territory needs and develop territory strategy to align with Regional and National strategy
Utilize solution-based selling approach to identify needs and objectives of the customer; opportunity identification.
Establish customer partnerships through achieving mutually beneficial goals and objectives
Conduct customer product training
Effectively conduct quarterly customer business reviews
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Education, Certification and Experience Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of hearing aid industry field experience, or related field
