Requirements for the Direct Support Professional role:
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- Must be at least 17 years old
- Valid Driver's License with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Must be available for 2-4 weeks of PAID training, M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
Pay rates:
$500 Hiring Bonus (Part time)
$1000 Hiring Bonus (Full time)
First Shift: $15.00 per hour
Second Shift Weekday: $15.75 per hour
Second Shift Weekend: $16.75 per hour
Third Shift Weekday: $17.00 per hour
Third Shift Weekend:$18.00 per hour
