Pay Rates:
Morning Support weekday: $15.75-$17.00 per hour
Second shift weekday: $15.75-$17.75 per hour/ Weekend: $16.75-$18.75 per hour

Requirements for the Direct Support Professional role:
- Must have proof of education (High School Diploma, GED, and/or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate) Starkey will assist you in completing the Work-Keys
- Be at least 17 years old
- Valid Driver's License for at least two years with a good driving record. (we may be able to accommodate, but not guaranteed)
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
- Availability for 2-4 weeks of PAID training M-F 8:30am-5:00pm.
- ASL (American Sign Language) preferred, but NOT required.
