Facilities Maintenance Technician
How You Can Maintain a Safe Environment as a Facilities Maintenance Technician:
- This position is responsible for performing general repairs to Community Living homes, main facility and grounds.
- You get to work directly with the Director of Facilities/Construction with the day to day operation of maintenance.
- Applicant should have the following knowledge or skills: carpentry, HVAC, plumbing and electric. Starkey will accept "Make Ready" experience also.

Pay rate and Schedule
$18 per hour
M-F 8am-5pm

Requirements for the Facilities Maintenance Technician role
- Must have High School Diploma, GED, or Work-Keys Bronze Certificate
- 3 years' experience in maintenance and general repair.
- Valid Driver's License for a minimum of 2 years with a good driving record.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Pass drug and alcohol screenings
- Pass criminal background checks
