This position is responsible for programming hearing aids, maintaining the All Make software library, quality checks on hearing aids, and salvage and mission aid inventory support.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Install and setup fitting software for All Make Team
o Maintain All Make Fitting software library
o Train staff on fitting software
o Maintain programming documentation and programming accessory inventory
o Troubleshoot programming issues
• Ensure hearing aids are programmed and graphed as needed
o Wand and prioritize repair boxes at programming station
o Perform programming functions
o Perform and print hearing aid graphs
o Print and review fitting reports
o Make appropriate decisions as to pass/fail status of hearing aids
o Communicate with customer service and techs regarding repair/ request issue clarifications
o Assist peers with programming / QC issues
o Log quantity of repairs processed at program station
• Salvage Support Process
o Assist distribution of salvage inventory and organization
o Fill salvage parts requests as needed
• Mission Aid Inventory Support
o Assist in maintaining mission aid inventory
o Assist in fill mission aid orders
• Other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Education
o High school degree or equivalent required
• Experience
o 2 years of manufacturing quality control and hearing aid programming experience required
Knowledge / Technical Requirements
• High degree of computer literacy
• Windows OS, MS Office, MS Outlook, Internet Navigation
• Ability to identify competitive hearing aids
• Hearing aid fitting software

Salary and Other Compensation:
The target rate for this position is between $20.36/hr to $27.85/hr. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is eligible for a bonus based upon performance results. There is no guarantee of payout.
