About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations functions. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and HR process management within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates using various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Support the preparation and posting of job descriptions across relevant platforms.
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and future openings.
HR Operations:
- Participate in onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for new hires.
- Help maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in developing and updating HR policies and documentation.
- Contribute to employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior HR professionals to improve recruitment strategies and operational processes.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and hiring teams to ensure effective communication.
- Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.
