About the Role:

The intern will be responsible for physically visiting tech company offices, networking with key stakeholders, and representing Starkflow at trade shows and HR events. Key Responsibilities:
Direct Sales and Networking:
- Visit offices of tech companies to introduce and sell Starkflow’s services.
- Build and nurture relationships with stakeholders, including HR managers, C-suite executives, and other decision-makers.
Event Representation and Marketing:
- Attend trade shows, offline HR events, and other networking opportunities to promote Starkflow and its services.
- Showcase a professional demeanor and effectively communicate the company’s value propositions to potential clients.
Market Research and Feedback Collection:
- Gather insights into client needs, preferences, and challenges.
- Provide feedback to the internal team to enhance services and marketing strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a knack for building relationships and engaging with diverse stakeholders.
Interpersonal Skills: Extroverted personality with a natural talent for networking and forging connections.
Customer Empathy: Strong ability to understand client needs, empathize with their challenges, and suggest tailored solutions effectively.
