Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Car Hauler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting vehicles safely and efficiently from one location to another. This role requires a strong understanding of commercial driving, route driving, and the ability to operate various types of vehicles, and trailers. The Car Hauler will play a crucial role in ensuring timely deliveries while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Duties

• Load and unload vehicles onto transport trailers with precision and care.
• Drive along designated routes to deliver vehicles to dealerships or customers.
• Conduct pre-trip inspections on vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including vehicle condition reports.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.
• Ensure that all freight is secured properly during transport to prevent damage.

Requirements

• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required for this position.
• Proven experience in truck driving, particularly with dry van and car hauler trailers.
• Familiarity with load unloading procedures and freight handling.
• Strong route driving skills with a focus on time management and efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
• Attention to detail when inspecting vehicles and maintaining records.
• A commitment to safety practices in all aspects of the job.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $200.00 - $500.00 per day

Expected hours: 20 – 70 per week
