We are seeking a dynamic and strategic
Internal Communications Specialist
to join our team. This role will be instrumental in fostering effective communication within the organization, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's mission, vision, and goals. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating and delivering impactful messaging.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related field required.Three (3) years of experience in internal communications, public relations, or a similar role requiredAbility to adapt and be flexible in a changing environment.Strong communication and customer service skills required.Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required.Must be able to deal with a large volume of work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment.Strategic - able to use both data and intuition to develop simple solutions to complex issues.Analytical and data driven; strong experience collecting and utilizing data to drive marketing initiativesFamiliar with sales enablement toolsFamiliar with Adobe products (Premier Pro photoshop, InDesign, illustrator)Strong initiative and ability to work independently in addition to collaboratingTechnically savvy
