How do you excel in this position
The Quality Engineer (certified welding experience) will lead and develop a robust quality management system that ensures Stark Compression consistently delivers high-quality, reliable, and cost-effective compression skids that meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements. This role involves overseeing all aspects of quality assurance and control, including incoming material inspection, process monitoring, final product inspection, and supplier quality management. The Quality Engineer will drive continuous improvement initiatives, such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma, to optimize processes and reduce defects.
