Position Overview:
As a New Home Sales Consultant, your mission is to serve as a trusted guide during the home buying sales process, navigating buyers through what they perceive to be an intimidating process, helping to make their home ownership dreams come true. You will learn and use the Starlight Sales process while demonstrating exceptional customer service. You will have the opportunity to be a part of a team that is building a strong foundation of values and culture, and the ambition to grow the company into greatness.
Responsibilities:
- Drive the sales process and deliver outstanding customer service in accordance with the Starlight Homes training.
- Develop, practice, and deliver an effective sales presentation consistent with company training.
- Engage with new prospects, following up with interested prospects, and set appointments.
- Transition leads to prospective customers and consistently follow up with customers who are under contract.
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with realtors (e.g., visiting real estate offices, networking).
- Immerse yourself in community information and trends, including schools, utilities, tax information, recreational areas, shopping areas to better meet the needs of clients.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of sales or customer service experience.
- Driver's License Required.
- Ability to work weekends (but will either have Monday/Tuesday off, or Thursday/Friday off).
- Experience working with Microsoft Office products and ability to learn new software programs.
