- Support the sales team in achieving their individual and collective sales goals by creating impactful sales materials and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay on top of trends and customer preferences, adjusting marketing strategies to align with insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute promotional events and campaigns, boosting both in-store and online traffic.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, offering product recommendations and providing ongoing support throughout the sales process.
