About the RoleWe’re looking for a Customer Support & Logistics Specialist to manage the post-sale experience for our clients. From coordinating installation schedules to handling payments and resolving logistics issues, you’ll ensure every customer receives top-tier service. This is a remote position suited for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys problem-solving and keeping operations flowing smoothly.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to confirm orders, schedule installations, and provide updates.
- Coordinate scheduling between customers and technicians, ensuring timely and efficient service.
- Collect and process payments accurately, including handling refunds and submitting RMAs for returns.
- Address and resolve post-sale issues such as delays, location changes, or material shortages.
- Maintain accurate records and customer notes using ZenDesk and internal systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (dispatch, tech support, operations) to keep everything on track.
- Respond to 20–30 client inquiries per day with professionalism and care.
- 1–2 years of customer support or logistics coordination experience (home services or tech industry a plus).
- Exceptional organization skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with CRM tools like ZenDesk, and communication tools like Slack and Zoom.
- A team player mindset with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
