STARLUX Airlines invites applications from qualified professionals for the Passenger Inside / Outside position, which will be based in Seattle, WA .
Responsibilities
1. Passenger Sales
- Assist with the timely planning and implementing of sales strategies and programs; liaise with Taiwan Headquarters’ revenue management team and other relevant departments to launch activities and events per sales plan;
- Acquire sales leads to promote awareness of STARLUX products; plan sales calls and submit sales call plans and reports;
- Maintain relationships with existing agents and visit potential agents to prospect for new business;
- Represent Company at product seminars to local agents; manage corporate accounts and key customers;
- Develop network of contacts with the travel industry, corporations, local hotels, government officials, clubs, and schools; research, gather and report the latest developments in the airline industry;
- Handle payment and expense reimbursement arrangements for joint campaigns with trade partners;
- Support digital marketing / online sales duties as necessary; and
- Have a car and a valid driver’s license : is able to travel and meet with potential leads and clients throughout the work day.
