Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and analysis to support complex personal injury and medical malpractice cases
- Develop and implement effective trial strategies and prepare for trial
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve case goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of case progress and results
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in plaintiff litigation, preferably in Complex Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice
- Proven track record of success in litigation, including trial experience
- Strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills
- Practical experience with discovery and trial preparation
- New Jersey bar admission required
