What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Project Lifecycle: Manage each phase from start to finish, keeping projects on schedule, within budget, and up to quality standards.
- Manage Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the construction process.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders: Work directly with inspectors, vendors, and internal teams, adjusting schedules and targets as needed.
- Identify and Manage Risks: Anticipate project risks and resolve issues to prevent delays or cost overruns.
- Ensure Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to meet company and client expectations.
- Lead the Team: Direct and motivate internal and external team members including assistant Project Managers, Project Coordinators and trade partners to complete tasks on time and effectively.
- Take on additional tasks as assigned.
About You:
- Experienced in Construction: You have a degree in construction management (or equivalent experience) and a solid background in residential construction, including blueprint reading.
- Client-Focused Communicator: Skilled in keeping clients informed and addressing their concerns clearly.
- Decisive and Solution-Oriented: Able to make timely decisions that keep projects on track.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage and delegate effectively.
- Organized with Risk Management Skills: Skilled in budgeting, prioritizing, and managing risks.
- Proficient with Technology: Experience with Buildertrend, Excel, Outlook, and project management software.
- Efficient Time Manager: Able to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
