Job Description : As a Subrogation Representative, you will play a pivotal role in our claims recovery process. You will be responsible for investigating, pursuing, and recovering funds from third parties liable for damages paid by our company. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of subrogation principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Investigate and analyze claims to determine potential for subrogation recovery.
- Identify and pursue subrogation opportunities by gathering relevant information and evidence.
- Communicate effectively with insured parties, claimants, attorneys, and other involved parties to facilitate the recovery process.
- Prepare and file subrogation demands, negotiate settlements, and manage litigation processes when necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of subrogation activities and recoveries.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including claims adjusters and legal counsel, to ensure efficient and effective recovery efforts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to subrogation.
