We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager to join our newly established Transformation Office (TO). This role sits with Starr's Strategy & Transformation department which reports to Starr's CEO's Chief of Staff. This role is crucial in overseeing the execution of transformation projects and ensuring alignment with Starr's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, the ability to foster collaboration, and a keen eye for value creation.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Program Execution and Business Partnership
- Oversee day-to-day operations of transformation projects, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery.
- Support Business Leaders in executing their transformation projects effectively.
- Foster collaboration across different business units.
- Assist Implementation Specialists with project management as needed.
2. Alignment and Risk / Issue Management

Qualifications :
For individuals assigned and / or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets : experience and training : licensure and certifications : and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $150,000-$180,000.
