Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and consistency.
- Utilize RMS and Salesforce to manage and track property insurance data.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data is aligned with business needs and objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all data.
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits.
- Support other administrative tasks as needed.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field.
- Proficiency in RMS (Risk Management Solutions) and Salesforce is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
