What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Property Manager position at Starr Properties?
Apartment Property Manager needed. Individual must be professional, career minded, experienced, self motivated and dependable individual with experience in property management. Strong customer relation skills are a must. Should posses excellent leadership ability as well as be able to lead a strong team to success. Experience in all aspects of community operation with an emphasis on marketing, rent collection, budgeting and staff development. Minimum 3 years related experience. Strong computer knowledge with Word and Excel. AppFolio experience is a plus. There is potential for growth within the company.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
