Registered Nurse - Skilled Care

Job Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition
• Establish a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient according to his or her capabilities and desires
• Administer medications, collect specimens, provide clinical treatments, and other medical care treatment
• Document patient care given
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to care team, physician, patient, and family
