Qualifications
Minimum Education
Associate’s degree in Nursing : □ Preferred X Required Minimum Education
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing : X Preferred □ Required Required Licenses
Tennessee,United States]Registered Nurse
RN License in the State of TN or another compact state Required Skills
Certifications :
The below certifications will be required at the time of hire :
X Basic Life Support (BLS)
The below certifications will be required within 6 months of hire or when transferring into a new department with these certifications :
X Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) X Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Required Skills
Must achieve a passing score of 85% on the Medication Administration Exam
