Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure a productive work environment.
- Plan and coordinate daily operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management practices are followed.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and training programs to ensure a safe work environment.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet overall company objectives.
- Maintain accurate records of warehouse activities and prepare reports as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and inventory software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Good Computer Experience required
- Shipping/Receiving (2 years of experience)
- Order Selection (1 year of experience)
