The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative is to meet and exceed company sales goals in conjunction with cultivating a long-term relationship with our client’s customers. The responsibilities and tasks of the Customer Service Representative consist of :
- Engaging with customers to deliver our clients products and properly explain services and benefits to consumers and answer any questions so they get what they genuinely need
- Keeping a record of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules
