As a whole, our goal for the Management Trainee is to provide ongoing mentorship and personalized training for every company new hire - beginning with training and cross-training in all departments including management, human resources, marketing, and sales. General Responsibilities of the Management Trainee :
- Attend sales account meetings and follow up on scheduled appointments to bridge the gap between client and consumer through direct interactions
- Conduct continuous market and territory research to optimize brand awareness and maximize company outreach
- Deliver services that exhibit the beliefs and morals of our company to ensure the continued growth of positive business relationships
- Track market and campaign performance and review data with management personnel on a daily and weekly basis
- Assist in hiring, training, and developing the company’s new hires
