About the Ideal Candidate
We are seeking an individual who shares our commitment to early childhood education and is passionate about fostering positive self-images and experiences of success for all children. The ideal candidate will have:
- A High School Diploma or G.E.D. with six (6) semester hours of child development coursework or a non-expired CDA Certification and one year of experience working in an early childhood or childcare program.
- A minimum of one year of experience in an early childhood setting, ideally with knowledge of Head Start/Preschool for All programs.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
