Bilingual Customer Care Team Representative - Hybrid - Must live in GA and commute to our Duluth office when needed.

Must be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently.

As a Bilingual Care-Team representative at StartCHURCH you will:

We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative to operate telephones to answer, screen, and forward calls, provide information, take messages, or schedule appointments.


  • Maintain records in Admin Console of customer interactions or transactions, recording details of inquires, complaints, or comments, as well as actions taken.
  • Complete multiple time sensitive office administrative tasks.
  • Communicate and provide information by relevant methods internally and externally to assist and enable organizational operations.
  • Build relationships, credibility and identity within the StartCHURCH staff to be seen as a supportive member of the team as a whole.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of all StartCHURCH Departments and what they do in order to best serve clients and support staff.
  • Maintain a call pick-up rate of no less than 98%.
  • Hear and resolve customer complaints.
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computers, mail, or fax machine.
  • File and maintain records.
  • Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
