Highly motivated and creative marketing lead with lighting experience and a passion for connecting with current and future customers.
Primary Functions
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Manage customer service functions
- Support sales executives in projects and processes
- Interact directly and daily with reps to understand and address their needs and wants.
- Initiate vetted business development and inside sales contacts to end market segments and channel partners.
- Develop SOPs for operating and automating department functions.
- Organize promotional events, traditional marketing campaigns, and digital initiatives.
- Direct company sampling program.
- Compose and post photo and video content on the company’s website and social media.
- Prepare and deliver online courses and instructional videos.
- Employ marketing analytics to gather and process data.
- Manage company portal.
- Conduct market research and analyze rep and field data.
- Manage outside marketing resources and programs.
- Maintain company databases of contacts, mailing lists, etc.
Qualifications and Education
- Fundamental phone and video communication and people skills.
- Advanced knowledge or skills development in MS Office, CRM system (Hubspot), ERP system (Genius), marketing software, design software (Keyshot and/or Adobe suite), website (Wordpress), and online platforms (Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and government portals).
- Well-organized and customer oriented.
- Strong digital design and digital media experience.
- Basic understanding of market research techniques and databases.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Marketing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)
- Videography: 1 year (Preferred)

Salary Range: $80,000 to $100,000 plus 10% mid-point/20% max bonus opportunity
