We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Temporary Document Processing Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for securely shredding confidential documents, as well as reviewing and scanning documents for upload to our Human Resource Information System (HRIS). This position is ideal for someone looking for short-term employment in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Operate shredding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Review documents for sensitive information and determine appropriate shredding procedures.
- Sort, organize, and prepare documents for scanning and upload to the HRIS.
- Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security.
- Report any issues with shredding or scanning equipment to supervisors.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed.
