What You’ll Do
- Provide weekly supervision to team members and student interns, ensuring professional growth and success.
- Oversee screenings, assessments, counseling sessions, treatment planning, and collaboration with service providers.
- Serve as a key liaison between clinical staff and the Clinical Director.
- Monitor program progress and provide insightful updates weekly.
- Ensure compliance with electronic health records and engagement hours, coaching clinicians as needed.
- Lead onboarding and training for new employees and interns, following a structured 30-60-90 day plan.
- Participate in community partnerships, clinical staffing, training sessions, and interagency meetings to foster collaboration.
- Assist in the hiring and selection of interns and clinical staff.
Specialty Areas – Mobile Response Team (MRT)
- Manage and submit monthly MRT trackers and schedules.
- Lead MRT meetings and coordinate with community partners such as DCF, LSF, and Nassau County Schools.
- Maintain Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with community partners.
- Oversee AmeriCorps team members and assist with new hire training.
What You Bring
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field.
- Leadership Experience: At least three years of clinical supervision and leadership experience.
- Certification & Licensure: Must hold an FL License (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT).
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and mentorship abilities.
- Requirements: Must pass background checks, MVR, and drug-free workplace screenings.
