What You'll Do:
As the Team Leader, you'll provide clinical leadership and mentorship, oversee high-quality care, and serve as a key liaison between our clinical staff and the Clinical Director.
- Provide weekly supervision and guidance to clinicians and interns
- Monitor clinical documentation, treatment planning, and assessments
- Keep program trackers up-to-date and provide progress reports
- Ensure staff participation in clinical staffing, trainings, and court system meetings
- Support compliance and quality through ongoing documentation reviews and feedback
- Sign off on assessments and treatment plans for unlicensed team members
- Deliver comprehensive onboarding and training for new staff following our 30-60-90 plan
- Assist with staff and intern hiring alongside the Clinical Director
- Coach and support clinicians to meet engagement hour and service delivery standards
Court Systems Specialty Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight for Mental Health Court, Adult Drug Court, Teen Court, and Department of Juvenile Justice
- Attend and cover court sessions when needed and support staff participation
- Collaborate with key community partners including Northeast Florida Safety Council, Department of Corrections, Clearview Transformation, and Federal Probation
- Ensure timely feedback and communication with referral sources
- Submit monthly billing reports for federal probation services when applicable
- Respond to referral source inquiries within 3 business days
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related human services field
- Active Florida licensure under Chapters 458, 459, 490, or 491
- Minimum 3 years of clinical leadership experience, including supervision and direct care
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Familiarity with substance abuse services, 65-D30 guidelines, MCAP certification beneficial
