Office Manager – Opioid Treatment Program

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: 5:15 AM – 1:30 PM Monday-Friday

Starting Point is a leading Opioid Treatment Program committed to providing compassionate care to individuals on their recovery journey. We provide Methadone Maintenance and Counseling services to the opioid dependent population. We are seeking a customer service-oriented Office Manager to join our team and help support our mission.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for all current and potential patients
- Check in patients, collect payments, and schedule appointments
- Facilitate patient admissions and coordinate intake processes
- Assist with insurance authorizations and billing documentation
- Provide administrative support to the treatment team and staff
Qualifications:
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with office software
- Attention to Detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare administration or medical office management (preferred)
