What We’re Looking For
- A certified Personal Trainer with 2 years of experience in personal and group training
- A strong understanding of body mechanics and exercise modifications for different fitness levels and limitations
- Passionate, energetic, and patient—you understand growth takes time, and you’re ready to invest in a long-term opportunity
- A team player who is coachable, adaptable, and eager to be part of a growing company
- Excellent communicator who can motivate, educate, and connect with clients
- Sales experience preferred (but not required)
What You’ll Do
- Train clients in one-on-one and group settings (up to 12 participants)
- Modify workouts to ensure safety and effectiveness for all clients
- Engage with clients outside of workouts to provide motivation and accountability
- Make 5 outreach calls per day to new leads and referrals
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional training environment
- Collaborate with our on-site Physical Therapist and team to provide the best client experience
- Help us grow our studio by building relationships, attracting new clients, and being an integral part of our community
