About The Role

The Associate Director of Technical Design & Product Development will ensure that ThirdLove's products meet the company's standards for fit and quality.
This role involves managing the technical design and development process from prototype through final approval.
The candidate will be responsible for running fittings, managing size charts, and overseeing the fit sample library.
They will work closely with overseas vendors to leverage their expertise in patterns, fit, and construction.
The position requires creating and managing fit timelines while assessing risks to deliver products on time and within budget.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree and over 7 years of experience in technical design and product development, specifically in the intimates industry.

They should possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

A deep understanding of bra construction, materials, and production limitations is essential for success in this role.
