About The Role
The Senior Manager will be responsible for enhancing the customer experience across key touchpoints of the client's journey. The role involves designing ways to support a more seamless, intuitive, and engaging experience that exceeds customer expectations. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, tech / engineers, marketers, and business partners.
Responsibilities include identifying and leading process improvement and optimization based on customer insights. The Senior Manager will develop project proposals, manage CX projects full-cycle, and provide ongoing measurement and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in marketing, market research, UX, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience focused on customer experience, service improvement, or CX project management is essential.
- The candidate should possess a strong customer service orientation and demonstrate deep understanding and empathy for customers.
