About The Role
The Operations and Visual Manager will oversee the execution of key operational and visual processes in the store. This role involves investigating inventory accuracy issues and partnering with the General Manager to address process gaps. The manager will champion strong visual standards for the sales floor by leveraging business performance data. Responsibilities include supporting sell-through management and ensuring the accuracy of inventory counts. The position requires constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house.
