Summary
As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing existing business relationships and driving sales growth, while reporting to the Regional Business Manager.
Essential Skills & Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree required in Medical Sciences, Marketing, or Business preferred from an accredited institution.
- 2 years Medical-related Business to Business Sales Experience preferred.
- 2-5 years of Pharmaceutical Sales experience preferred.
- Experience calling on Pediatricians/Family Practice highly preferred, but not required.
- Experience with Allergy products is a plus.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Demonstrated track record of success in growing assigned business through individual sales efforts.
- Must accept responsibility for overall territory management, and allocating resources and coordinating individual or corporate resources to meet objectives effectively and within timelines.
- Must understand the steps necessary to close business and the dynamics of the entire sales process.
- Must develop and grow business with new accounts while maintaining current business with top accounts.
- Must leverage existing account relationships; close new categories & use as references.
- Must maintain thorough knowledge of current product line.
- Must attend local, regional, nationwide meetings as scheduled.
- Must maintain a territory budget and P&L.
