The Role:

As a Startup Hunter, you will be at the forefront of our mission to connect groundbreaking companies with the capital they need to scale. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Scouting: Identify high-potential startups and middle-market companies actively seeking capital.

• Recruiting: Engage with founders and decision-makers to secure strategic agreements with equity participation.
• Strategic Insights: Collaborate with the Startup Factory Hub board to provide actionable feedback to optimize company structure and strategy.
• VC Introductions: Facilitate introductions to a curated network of venture capitalists, ensuring seamless funding opportunities.
