A well-established firm is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney with 5 years of experience handling Uninsured/Underinsured Motorist (UM/UIM) or First-Party Property matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coverage litigation, including bad faith claims.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle UM/UIM and First-Party Property matters from inception through resolution.
- Draft pleadings, respond to discovery, and conduct depositions.
- Participate in arbitrations and trials as needed.
- Draft coverage opinions related to first-party breach of contract and third-party liability claims.
- Advise clients on bad faith issues and related insurance matters.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania (New Jersey admission is a plus).
- 5 years of experience in insurance coverage litigation.
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
