We are looking for a talented web UI designer who shares our excitement for revolutionizing how organizations recruit through our best-in-class custom career websites. You will be an integral member of the Career Sites team at Paradox, working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to build and ship bespoke websites for our clients.

Responsibilities
As a Web Designer, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with product managers, engineers, and client-facing teams to build and ship bespoke career websites for our clients. In this role, you will :
- Design wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes of career-focused websites based on clients’ needs and goals, partnering with our Client Success team to capture the unique story and ethos of each client
- Use your Figma skills to design responsive user interfaces (UI) that incorporate our client’s brand identity and adhere to web accessibility standards (WCAG)
- Use your CSS / HTML skills to review and inspect design plans
- Assist in the creation of new frameworks and design components, including but not limited to navigation, headers, buttons, interactions, images and media
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of existing sites
- Approach each build with a balance of speed, attention to detail, and flexibility to the changing needs of the project and their team
- Leverage strong project management skills and a high level of ownership by meticulously managing competing priorities and ensuring all deadlines are met
