We are now hiring an outgoing, customer service-oriented associate for our Starved Rock Cafe.
Our Café is a quick service food and beverage location with a selection of gifts, breakfast & lunch items, fudge, and ice cream. Qualified candidates should be able to assist customers in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner as well as be able to work independently. Qualified candidates need to be available to work early morning to late afternoon shifts as required by the Café's business hours.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- High level of creativity
- Highly organized individual with time management skills
- Food and beverage experience a plus but will train
Requirements:
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance
- Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a periodic basis.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Food Handler Certification or Food Sanitation License for the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain)
- BASSET Certification for the state of Illinois (or willingness to obtain)
