Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years experience in luxury home construction
- Construction Management, Project Management, and Building Supervision skills
- Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and managing on-site construction personnel
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in BuilderTrend project management software a plus
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
