What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Assistant position at Starwood Property Trust?
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Upload documents into new loans
- Draft the correspondence such as PNL, 3rd Party PNL, Hello Letter, Notice of Default and, Partial Payment letters when needed
- Draft Fee and Legal Fees letters
- Request MIRFs, Property Condition Reports, Appraisals, and Phase I
- Request necessary documentation for back up, such as Flood determination, Insurance provisions and send requests
- Credit Search- LexisNexis and save credit searches received
- Receive documents from Attorney and prepare for signature by managers
- Be a backup admin for other admins when on PTO
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail, scanning, copying and filing
- Distributing of correspondence
- Participating in switchboard relief
- Make travel arrangements for AMs
- Preparing and maintaining logs/ expense reports
- Ordering supplies for asset managers
- Arranging meetings and conference calls
- Submitting 3rd Party requests
- Performing other miscellaneous duties as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma
- 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative work
