Starz Gymnastics in East Brunswick is seeking gymnastics coaches to join our program. We are looking for committed, enthusiastic instructors with a strong work ethic and a passion for working with kids. Applicants should be motivated, team players, positive, and dependable. Should have a background in teaching strong basic skills and gymnastics technique on all four apparatus. Seeking coaches for our recreational and team programs.
Teaching positions are currently part time with the potential to grow. Hourly rate is based upon experience. Flexible schedule available.
Job Qualifications :
- USA Gymnastics Safety Certification Required (may complete within 1st month of employment)
- USAG Background check required
- Must be dependable, energetic and passionate about both gymnastics & working with children.
- Must have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and consistent punctuality.
- Enjoy working in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Implement gymnastics training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual athletes.
- Teach proper techniques and safety measures to ensure a safe training environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Organize and lead practice sessions, focusing on skill development and teamwork.
- Monitor and assess athletes' performance, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote a positive and inclusive gym environment.
