Job Summary
The Administrative Secretary will play a crucial role in supporting the office operations by handling various administrative tasks and providing assistance to staff and visitors.

Duties
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files
- Coordinate appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general office duties such as typing, copying, and faxing documents
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and phone systems

Experience
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Spanish/English Bilingual proficiency is a must
- Prior experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative secretary
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone etiquette

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.68 - $17.56 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

Schedule:
