Duties

- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Perform general office duties such as typing, copying, and faxing documents
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment and phone systems
Experience
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines
- Spanish/English Bilingual proficiency is a must
- Prior experience in a similar role as a personal assistant or administrative secretary
- Familiarity with office procedures and phone etiquette
