Job DescriptionThe Content Operations Systems Administrator is responsible to optimize and streamline business processes and workflows. The candidate will collaborate with multiple business units to analyze existing workflows, identify areas for improvement and implement efficient and effective solutions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This position will report to the Technical Manager, Content Operations.
ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test and document Adobe Workfront Fusion scenariosSupport and maintain existing Adobe Workfront and Fusion processes and workflowsDevelop, test, maintain and document middleware / integrations; ensuring overall solutions support business requirementsProvide Tier 1 support for additional Content Operations systems and workflows.Collaborate within an Agile framework to support Business Projects and contribute to a highly collaborative work environment, taking on diverse roles with a positive attitudeManage and update Jira Project spaces regularly to ensure accurate tracking of Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects and prioritiesQualifications & Skills
Proficiency in API standards, Python, Javascript, CSS, and HTMLAbility to apply coding knowledge to multiple coding languagesStrong understanding of Mac and Windows operating systemsExperience with process automation tools and workflow management softwareStrong written and verbal communication skillsThe ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutionsDetail-oriented with the ability to identify potential challenges and propose proactive solutionsNice to Haves
