Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Concrete Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting in all aspects of concrete construction, from site preparation to the finishing touches. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job sites for concrete pours, including setting forms and laying rebar.
- Assist with mixing, pouring, and spreading concrete.
- Smooth and level surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Operate small tools and equipment such as vibrators, saws, and grinders.
- Clean and maintain tools, equipment, and work areas after project completion.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in concrete work or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including heavy lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Chester and Delaware Counties.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
